Dessa fruta, t\u00edpica das regi\u00f5es das Am\u00e9ricas Central e Sul, da \u00c1frica e \u00c1sia \u00e9 que se produz um dos mais deliciosos ingredientes da confeitaria: o chocolate!<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 uma fruta rica em sabor e em possibilidades. Associamos muito o cacau ao chocolate, mas existem outras maneiras de us\u00e1-la e garantir uma explos\u00e3o de sabor no prato\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n<p>Vamos \u00e0 receita!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Torta mousse de chocolate e caf\u00e9 com nibs de cacau<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente para a mousse de chocolate amargo com caf\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 140 gramas de Creme de leite fresco<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 120 gramas de chocolate meio amargo<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 90 de creme de confeiteiro (receita complementar abaixo)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 10 gramas de pasta saborizante de caf\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Modo de preparo:<\/p>\n<p>Derreter o chocolate, incorporar o creme de confeiteiro e a pasta de caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Esperar esfriar e acrescentar o creme de leite batido levemente.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente para a mousse de chocolate ao leite:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 120 gramas de creme de leite<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 160 gramas de chocolate ao leite<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 90 gramas de creme de confeiteiro (receita complementar abaixo)<\/p>\n<p>Modo de preparo:<\/p>\n<p>Derreter o chocolate e incorporar o creme de confeiteiro.<\/p>\n<p>Esperar esfriar e acrescentar o creme de leite batido levemente.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente para a creme de confeiteiro:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 80 ml de leite<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 80 ml de creme de leite fresco<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 gema<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 1 colher de sobremesa de pasta de baunilha<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 10 gramas de amido de milho<\/p>\n<p>Modo de preparo:<\/p>\n<p>Coloque todos os ingredientes em uma panela e leve ao fogo m\u00e9dio mexendo sempre at\u00e9 que engrosse, assim que atingir o ponto desligue, cubra com pl\u00e1stico filme em contato com o creme, e deixe esfriar.<\/p>\n<p>Ingrediente para a cobertura:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 180 gramas de ganache (pode comprar pronto)<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 20 gramas de nibs de cacau<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 20 gramas de chocolate granulado<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 02 brigadeiros<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Modo de preparo:<\/p>\n<p>Aplicar a mousse de chocolate amargo com caf\u00e9 em uma das formas de silicone e a mousse de chocolate ao leite em outra do mesmo formato.<\/p>\n<p>Leve ao freezer por no m\u00ednimo 6 horas.<\/p>\n<p>Retire as mousses das formas e aplique imediatamente a cobertura de ganache aquecida sobre as duas.<\/p>\n<p>Aplique sobre uma delas o nibs de cacau com o granulado de chocolate.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, coloque dois
